nortiplyline 25mg or zoloft 50 mg
Which is better for depression nortriplyline or zoloft? Also, which one has less side effects?

As for which works best, it really depends on the person... If you've been on other antidepressants before, you can look at how they worked for you. Zoloft is an SSRI, so if you've tried other SSRIs (Prozac, Paxil, Celexa, Lexapro, Luvox) and they didn't work well for you, trying nortriptyline might be a good option.
As for side effects, again - depends on the person... Personally, I didn't like nortriptyline because I found it caused weight gain for me. Not everyone experiences the same side effects tho.
