I’m not on my pills at the moment but I feel like I can get a lot out. I don’t feel existential frustration. I love it. I’m getting everything done and it seems easy. I’m not sure if this is just cause I feel very productive right now or if it’s a way I can feel more easily without taking anti depressants. Not sure if I should go back on or not.
Hello promoser. Not knowing what your diagnosis is in as much as there are /is more than one form of depression. If you feel you can cope without any form of medication, its certainly your right and privilge to do so. You always have the option to go back on medication if so desired. Regards pledge
I am going to put my 2 cents in I use to deal with horrid panic, sometimes I thought the medication would pull me through and other times I just felt confused, I tell you what I do I keep those on hand and I have the drug that works for me handy, I think from my experience the problem itself has to be dealt with, some people do very well being able to find a therapist who they can confide in and they over time improve, what you do is a decision that you have to make what works for one does not always work for another I have a good friend Pledge who is on this site my history is complicated by a long history and what might help me might cause a different effect on you! listen to your gut feeling seek out people you trust, this is an excellent site and I value what individuals have to say, its a support group to help many different things I hope in some small way I have been of help I wish you only the best Caringsonbj (Billy)
