I've recently gone up from 15mg to 30mg of Mirtazapine and find the depression is no better, have had excessive sleep and not sure if I should go back to the 15mg?
Have you discussed it with your doctor? If it's keeping you too sedated, he needs to know. He/she can help you decide what needs to be changed. There are many to choose from, but you can't make that decision, nor can we. Was it helping your depression at 15 mg? If not then it's time to reevaluate. Anti-depressants work differently on different people, it's just a trial and error until you find the right one for you.
