I know exactly where your at, I been there. I had a heart attack when I was 41 and I was depressed for over a year and it took me over 2 years to recover from it. Its a long hard struggle to do it by yourself. Please seek out professional help, it will save you lots of time and it will be easier on you and your family. Your recovery will be a heck of a lot easier on yourself and you will recover faster.
