I've had my "period" for the last 12 days, but I'm wondering if it's safe to still have sex and or if I'm still ovulating? Do I still ovulate at all on the shot? my second shot is due on April 22nd. Someone tell me?
Politeness goes a long way on here, & in life in general! 'Someone tell me, please' would have been nicer, rather than demanding an answer!
Most women find that their ovulation stops on Depo Provera. However, it's common to get irregular bleeding for the first 2 or 3 shots, whilst your body adjusts to the artificial hormone in the shot.
You are covered against pregnancy during this breakthrough bleeding. Just ensure you get your shots on time, & you will be fine.
