i have been on two IUDS mirana and paraguard with both iuds iv came out pregnant with mirana i had an eptopic pregnancie and with the paraguard i got pregnant but lost the baby at 3 months so i got on the shot and about 1 week ago i need antibiotcs for a tooth and its 2 diffrent antibiotics how sure is the shot espically for someone who is very fertile like me??
Antibiotics dont affect DepoProvera like they do the Pill. No worries! You should be fine as long as you are on time with getting the injections. Ectopic pregnancies are common with IUDs and if you do get pregnant with an IUD in, it is not uncommon to lose the baby. It is good that you switched methods. IUD doesnt work well for everyone and you seem to be one of those people.
