It's possible that you could get your periods & fertility back very soon after stopping Depo Provera, but for some women it can take months. Sometimes it can be more like years.
If you want to help the process, you can use a natural remedy called agnus castus (Vitex in USA). As long as you're not using any hormonal birth control. Do an internet search for it & learn more about it. It worked well for me after Depo Provera, & also helps with my PMS.
