The only ways you could be pregnant, is if you were either pregnant before getting the shot, or if you did not wait 7 days before stopping using additional methods of contraception.
If there is a possibility of pregnancy, you need to see a doctor as soon as possible, because the effects of Depo on a pregnancy are debated & not certain.
As for your bleeding, you'll probably find that for the first 2 or 3 shots, your bleeding will be irregular, but after about 3 shots most women find that they have no more bleeding whilst on Depo.
