You haven't actually asked a question, so I'm just assuming what you are wanting to know.
The Manufacturer recommends that you do not use Depo Provera for longer than a couple of years, unless there are no other suitable contraception options.
They advise that if you are going to be on it longer term, that you have a break from it every couple of years.
This is your body's way of telling you that you need a break. You can force it to accept the Depo by having your injection earlier (9/10 wk intervals), but the best way is to take the break that your body needs.
