Hi there

When stopping Depo it can take up to 18 months to regain your fertility.

Your periods can be non-existent, irregular or constant for months. You may be lucky & have no problems in getting your regular cycle back.

Agnus Castus is a great natural remedy to settle them back into a normal pattern, if you need to. You can't use it if you are using hormonal birth control, though. It balances your hormones, which would work against what hormonal birth control is doing to your body.

I use the 'A. Vogel' brand. Has always worked for me. 15 drops twice daily in a small amount of water. Tastes a bit nasty but it really makes a difference. I still use it now for my PMT.
