- deplin, pristiq, antidepressant
I would like to 'work' myself off Pristiq with the help of yoga and supplements. Would deplin (taken without an antidepressant) provide positive results?
Hello angels. I can't see why not. Give it a try and hope for the best. Good luck and if you find you are slideing back into a depressed state, you can always use the Pristiq. Regards, pledge
Deplin is folate, a B vitamin, sure you can take it without Pristiq. I think you are making a mistake trying to stop pristiq. Depression is caused by a chemical imbalance in your brain, and no amount of excercise or supplements can change that imbalance.
I'm just wondering how this worked for you. (Getting off of Pristiq and taking Deplin and doing yoga.) I'm interested in trying the same thing.
