According to this site; Dapakote is for bipolar patients; is that true?
Hello mormorfpm. Depakote is perscribed in the treat of manic episodes for bi-polar disorder. As well as in the treatment for Epilepsy and migraines. It is perscribed "off label" meaning other than the above mentioned uses, for Dementia, long term treatment for bipolar disorders, and agitation. A doctor might perscribe it for other reasons/diganosis. Regards pledge
