... much air as possible? I'm trying to do breathing exercises for anxiety. I'm usually a chest breather but I'm working on breathing with my diaphragm. When I try to take in a lot of air, it feels difficult and awkward. I feel even more stressed. Can I still practice deep, relaxation breathing without forcing myself to take in a lot of air?
