... you take it? Mornings or Evenings and why?
I dont take Premarin myself but I get asked this question a lot about a lot of different meds. With Premarin you can take it either morning or evening-your choice BUT if you tend to get side effects like nausea, headache, dizziness, etc. then it may be better to take it at night because hopefully you will be asleep and these sorts of side effects wont bother you as much. If it causes side effects like nervousness or insomnia then it is better to take it early in the day so it has peaked by the time you go to bed and so hopefully, it wont effect your sleep. You may have to experiment to see what works best for you.
