No, it will not. Darvocet is propoxyphene (and has been off the US market for the past few years) and Lortab is hydrocodone. Both drugs have acetaminophen but the opioid is different. Pain management will screen for all pain drugs separately, not just under one "opiate" general category. They do not show the same-they are very different drugs.
