I' ve been seeking for other doctors for her but no satisfaction yet. She is over 20. Oklahoma mental health system is frustrating. Help me if you can.
Unfortunately in this country you have no say in her care. How does she feel she is doing? Would she tell whomever is in charge of her case that its no longer helping? Here we have a caseworker who would be seeing her once a week to be sure she is ok. I would still try to contact someone at the clinic to let them know what you are seeing. There is no law that says they can't listen to information.
You have to either have her goto the hospital to set something up with a crisis counselor and they can get you an appointment/ intake eval to a place that has a sliding scale system for management. Otherwise get some documentation that she has this diagnoses and needs Medicaid. Third option is have her committed for 72 hours. We did all this for my sister who had bipolar
