The Dr said to take one pill by mouth twice daily. The pharmacisit said just to take one a hour before bedtime,i don't now what to do
Allways follow the doctors advice but in this case i suspect the pharmacist is saying take one before bed time so your body has a chance to get used to the drug , a side effect of Lyrica is loss of equilibrium until you build a tollerance in some people , it was that way for me when i 1st started taking the 50mg twice a day ,now im on 200 mg twice a day .
I dont think you got conflicting advice & i'd be willing to guess that the pharmacist really meant take the 1st pill at bed time , then proceed with doctors dose instructions .
