You can go ahead and test but quite often Depo shots stop your periods. This is a side effect that many women love about Depo. The only way to really know for sure is to test. Depo needs to be given while in your first five days of a period to be effective immediately. If it is given at any other time, you should use condoms as back up for the first seven days. If you did not, pregnancy can be possible but it sounds like you did have one period after the initial injection so it is unlikely you are pregnant and more likely that the Depo has just halted your periods. It can cause irregular bleeding in a lot of women.
