Geriatric Use

Clinical studies of Solodyn® did not include sufficient numbers of subjects aged 65 and over to determine whether they respond differently from younger subjects. Other reported clinical experience has not identified differences in responses between the elderly and younger patients. In general, dose selection for an elderly patient should be cautious, usually starting at the low end of the dosing range, reflecting the greater frequency of decreased hepatic, renal, or cardiac function, and concomitant disease or other drug therapy.''''''''''''''''''''Hi above is for older populaton no real warning unless you are on other medications that may interact Just that not much has been studied for anyone over 12 weeks continued use,,, Remember this is in the Tetracycline family,,, and this is a timed release tablet so you do not break it for any reason take just as prescribed and due to the special coated tablet it says you don't have to worry about milk products and it is about the same adsorbion if it is taken on empty stomach or with food... And one last being its summer it does cause photosensitivity so don't be out in the sun for long periods of time without a high percent of sunscreen you well burn much faster and good to wear a hat... that is about it..good luck free discount card
