Midday until late afternoon, my BP I believe is too low. 110/120 over 45/50 these readings make me feel unwell,I have an Omron monitor. I have
found over the last 28 days , 135/140 over 55/60 is better for me.
Is it dangerous to lower dose of BP tabs my self?

Is it a sleeve type or a cuff type. The cuff monitors are notoriously unreliable while the proper sleeve type is far more accurate.
Keep a diary for a week or two and take that to the prescribing doctor and explain how you feel (you could note that in a diary too).
Given that there are factors we just don't know, I'm not prepared to make any suggestion that has the potential to be physically harmful. The doctor it is for you.

Hi Selfmed,
Stephen is right !

Do you have dizziness with standing from sitting position?
If so, call your doc tomorrow. You are at risk for falls.
