I am 43 yrs old n also suffer from b12 n folic acid deficiencies. I am extremely tired n drained all the time. Head aches, head spins and weakness getting worst every day.
Did your doctor take blood work and the results showed that you have a D3 level of 2 (not familiar with what that means). If so, the doctor will determine what dose you need to take to make up for your deficiency.
We have to be careful with vitamins and "natural supplements". An allergic reaction to biotin just sent me to my dermatologist to get a prescription cream to treat a nasty red face rash that I developed along my jaw line and chin, caused by the Biotin! So I discuss supplements with my doctor before taking them now. This is a good example of why we need to let our doctor know all supplements we are taking.
