I took cymbalta for a year and developed twitching legs, hot feet and legs and prickly feelings in my feet and legs, so bad I could not sleep some nights for hours. so I tapered off the cymbalta two or three weeks ago, but the symptoms are still present. can anyone tell me how long the symptoms generally last with the drug stopped?
I can't tell you how much longer you'll have these symptoms, but I can suggest an OTC (over-the-counter) homeopathic product for restless legs and cramps that may help you get through this difficult time. You can try Hyland's "Restful Legs" or "Leg Cramps". I dissolve them in my mouth for faster results. They calm my legs in a few minutes. It's pretty amazing compared to my normal medicine for restless legs syndrome, which takes about 2 hours to work. I hope you're doing better soon.
