Either way is ok as long as you take approximately every 24 hours. If it makes you sleepy take at night, if it keeps you awake take in the morning. It maybe that in the beginning it will make you sleepy, but as you adjust it will keep you awake. So you might have to change when you take it as your treatment progresses. I took mine in the morning.
