Cymbalta is an excellent alternative, but you'll still have to go through some transition involving headache, nausea, diarrhea ad the like. It is unfortunate, but once you get through that first couple of weeks, if it works, it is worth it. Took me awhile to find the right meds to control my symptoms, but it was well worth the struggle now that I have found them.
