I have tried Cymbalta twice. Totally relieved nerve pain and depression. However, first time had horrific migraine for 3 days; second time before giving up after 7 day migraine. Anyone else start out like this but eventually migraines stopped?
Very common (10% or more): Dizziness, headache, somnolence."
"The most commonly reported side effects reported in placebo-controlled clinical trials as a reason for treatment discontinuation and considered to be drug-related included nausea, dizziness, somnolence, headache, and fatigue.["
Hi, Bkhut! Generally side effects from starting antidepressants resolve after just a few days to a week or two. However, since you describe your headaches as migraines, Cymbalta may not be the best choice for you.
You should talk to your doctor and get her/his professional advice.

I just stop taking my cymbalta, because of migraines. About 5 days have gone by and the migraines have subsided.
