These were the findings on a CT Scan..what does it mean?
You had a CT of your Liver and Spleen for unknown reasons and the images taken after the injection of a contrast agent (something that blocks x-rays) showed that your Liver and Spleen have a good blood supply right down to the tiniest capillaries. Homogenous in this instance means 'even' as the contrast agent has infused all of the tissue indicating that it is all healthy.
