... cut a 1 mg rapamune in half. But it is like hard candy, very difficult to cut without it breaking into pieces and nearly impossible to get an accurate dose. I've found it easier to slowly saw the pill back and forth with a finely serrated knife, but I am worried that cutting it may compromise it's effectiveness. Is it okay to cut Rapamune pills?
