I had my gall bladder removed 2 years ago and my liver did not take over the function of releasing bile, for digestion. I have the "trots" after I eat anything, especially greasy, spicy foods. My Mom started this way ,with the exception of gall bladder removal and she has had Crohn's for 30 years, a rough 30 years.
Call your doctor and let hi/her know about the "trots," this is a common complaint after having the gall bladder removed. Doesn't always happen, and sometimes only happens for a brief time after it is removed. Your doctor should be able to tell if it is from the removal or if you do indeed have Crohn;s. The doctor may be able to prescribe something to help. Hope you get better.
