... intestine. My symptoms are constipation and severe bloating in the small intestine area. I also suffer from depression. My question is the bloating and also inability to pass gas. My symtoms are so different than most discussed. What can you do to help me.I am having a flare-up of much needed relief. Please help with your advice to get better.
Most of the time what it cause an illness is what we eat. You need to have a book and writing down all what you eat. there are some foods that trigger our defense system and in response intestines react producing phlegm and swallowing , you need to known if you have bad bacteria , undigested foods will stay longer and produce gas
try not to drink milk (have lactose). You do not mention what medical treatment you have. But considering your problem I think you maybe taking an antacid , emetic, anti-gas and maybe other ones. To start with a diet which will not produce much gas do this for 7 days:
Drink anis tea 7am.
at 8am blend apricot and mix it with Maizena and water and boil it until cooked well take it in a bowl (about 8 onzes) take toast too..
At 10am Take an emetic (to lower chance of vomiting) 1/2 an hour before meal. Eat chicken soup with potatoes add 1 egg without yolk do not vegetables) can add salt . take anti-gas after .
3pm repeat Maizena you can add some dried fruit
4.30pm take emetic
5pm take the soup again. take anti-gas after
7pm take maizena with blended apricot as in the morning
Go to sleep at 10pm.
You need to observe if you have constipation or diarrhea , you can prevent this drinking liquids . Try to take teas not too concentrate (to protect digestive lines use licorice tea ) be careful with sugar , use only brown and not too much, avoid cafe. From time to time clean your digestive system or you can add 1 spoon of Milk of magnesia to same amout of water. followed by 8 onces of water. Hope this will help you to recover.
