1)how does not chewing your food affect digestion in the stomach? 2)hectic n stressful lifestyle can contribute to many"stomach problems n so what lifestyle changes can be made to reduce these problems?
1). Chewing is the first stage of digestion. Not only are you mashing up the food, but you are mixing it with saliva which has digestive enzymes in it.
2). Eat slower. Don't try to do so much, keep the schedule down. Realize you can't be perfect all the time. Be organized so you aren't always running and being surprised by things. Don't wait until the last minute to complete things that have a deadline. Don't overspend then wonder how to pay the bills.
