If you have BlueCross you can ask to speak to their international team and they will assist you in finding a doctor in the country your are in. If you bought travel insurance for your trip they may have a service that will help you find a doctor or ship the medication to your location.
If you have a break of a week before you get your replacement medication you will have to to heavy up your dosage to get you back to your INR of 2-3. Do you have a tester so you can check your levels?
