I'll suggest yoghurt & small amounts of fruit & nuts. While taking Coumadin, you should be careful not to make many quick radical dietary changes; try to maintain a stabilized diet if possible. Watch your Vitamin K intake. It's been suggested to avoid pomegranates, grapefruits & cranberries. However, there are still many unknown variables concerning how food can affect someone using Coumadin/Warfarin. Primarily, any type of healthy food, if it's not excessive, should be OK for you. You might consider keeping a daily food diary. It could be a helpful reference for when you have your INR done.
