... one hand. Can you offer suggestions for collapsing the tube fully using one hand?
I realize this answer is very late ... but may help someone.
I think the amount of liquid you are able to squeeze out is a sufficient dose. The manufacturer would be aware that not all the contents can be squeezed out, so they must be putting in more than what is probably needed.

The bottle used for the ear drops--very difficult to use. Any reason you use this very hard plastic?
