I would like to know when using COPD inhalers. Why should you rinse your mouth out?

Will it cause a problem, if so what kind?
If you don't you will have thrush in a few days of use.
Inhalers with steroids in them can cause fungal over growth (like Thrush) if you dont rinse your mouth thoroughly after using them.
Some inhalers can irritate the delicate membranes in the mouth. Rinsing after using an inhaler can eliminate this problem for most people.
