... injection sites even days later to help the med to absorb better and clear up the welting and bruising that lasts too long. Any help?
I have not used the particular medication your on but I have been injecting avonex for 10 years here are some of the things I have found that might alleviate some of your problems .if medication has to be kept in fridge allow your dose to reach room temperature before injecting as some medications remain thick when cold which causes bruising and pain when injected .2 try to relax mussle before injecting ( massage warm bath relaxation music) I have found this can make a huge difference 3 try to find a muscle that you don't use a lot ( leg arm ect) I found my bum is the best 4 after needle try and rest for at least a hour this also seems to help good luck I hope I have been some help Paul
