Appetite is diminished during the day but hungry in the evening. Sleepy in the afternoons, taking 1-2 hr naps on weekends. So frustrated, any help greatly appreciated
You still have to make changes to your diet for Contrave to work. Are you sure you're hungry and not bored? And if you really are hungry, are you making smart choices?
I've only been taking it 2 weeks tomorrow and I'm down 9lbs. I'm not even at the full dosage yet... but I'm keeping my calories under 1000 a day.
Make smarter choices... you'll see a difference quickly!
