I do not take it but these are common side effects:

Common Contrave side effects may include:

nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, constipation;
headache, dizziness;
dry mouth; or
sleep problems (insomnia).

Very common (10% or more): Sleep disorders (up to 13.8%)
Common (1% to 10%): Depression, anxiety, irritability
Uncommon (0.1% to 1%): Insomnia, abnormal dreams, nervousness, dissociation (feeling spacey), tension, agitation, mood swings
Rare (less than 0.1%): Suicidal ideation

As it causes insomnia, I would recommend you take it in the AM, then again it would be beneficial if you called your Dr. and clarify your intake schedule.

Best of luck.masso.-

I take it 2 pills twice a day. I take them at 7 am and 6 pm. In the beginning they made me tired, so I took them later at night. free discount card
