As taking 4 a day? I seem to have the same results whether I take 2 a day or 4 a day. I want the most weight loss possible. I'm on a low carb diet as well.
Hkoski; No you are to take this just as prescribed by your doctor. The more you take well only increase the side effects it does not work like the burning of fat or calories Your doing right you have adjusted your diet and sounds like you know not to take with a high fat meal, But this must be taken exactly as prescribed the more pills you take are not going to burn more calories at all just make you feel like crap. Please don't take over the amount prescribed

It's good to bounce ideas or read others post all you have to do is at the top of your question where it says Contrave put you mouse on that and click it and it well take you to the group and you can just join in. I'm on day 10 of taking Contrave. I lost 2.8 pounds my first week. My dr has only prescribed 2 pills

Contrave - I felt excellent taking one pill a day and lost weight. I increased the dosage as advised
