... answers seem as clear as mud. At least to me. Is a high fat meal more than 10 grams of fat at one sitting, 20 grams of fat, 30 grams, etc?? I'm on WW and have budgeted for homemade pizza with low fat mozzarella (football game treat). The fat would be 10-20 grams, depending on how much I have. Is this too much fat?
I just read something like two double cheeseburgers would be a high fat meal. I'm on week 10 and I've had pizza and beer and been fine.
The only times I got sick were when I ate too much (like a lot) one night. I also got sick on day 1 when I drank a lot of alcohol and felt horrible. Since then, I drink probably two drinks a week. I don't crave beer though at all.
