... answers seem as clear as mud. At least to me. Is a high fat meal more than 10 grams of fat at one sitting, 20 grams of fat, 30 grams, etc?? I'm on WW and have budgeted for homemade pizza with low fat mozzarella (football game treat). The fat would be 10-20 grams, depending on how much I have. Is this too much fat?
