I can't get the scale down program to work and it's driving me crazy. I'm just curious if I'm the only one.
I have had a lot of difficulty with my scale as well. Their customer service is impossible to reach by phone. I have sent numerous emails and after several days did receive a response. They told me to move the scale to a different spot in the house or even take it to work or somewhere with better service once a week! I tried everywhere inside and outside my house with no luck. The scale works on AT&T cellular service not wifi. Although my phones have the same service and we never have a problem, for some reason the scale wouldn't work. I weighed on it every day anyway and logged my weight. It keeps it saved for 120 days. Randomly 2 days last week it sent my weight and 2 days this week. Be persistent in your support emails to them. Tell them your issue and see if yours will "randomly" start working. Good luck.
I had to be SO persistent with the Scale Down program. I managed to fill my prescription, which is supposed to trigger an email from Scaledown, but am still waiting... waiting... waiting. It was a mess trying to get the discount honored at Walmart too. What part of paying cash is so hard???
I'll try to come back and post if I ever do get my scale, though the internet service does not reach my rural home, so I may have to leave my scales at a friend's house... what a hassle.
