... I am noticing my cravings coming back, and I am much hungrier than I was when I first started. I have hit a total plateau as far as weight loss. Did this happen to anyone else? Any suggestions on what to do now. I am not even half way to my goal weight
On month 3 and I have very little appetite. One thing I am doing though is limiting my carbs. I previously lost 60 pounds doing Atkins. It's hard though when you are obsessed with food. Now, with the Contrave, it is easy for me to cut carbs. Honestly, I eat no bread (not even flax bread) or pasta. I do use coffee creamer with sugar in it. However, I mainly try to eat meat and vegetables. I still am using a few different protein shakes and bars. I have been eating a salad with chicken and an apple for lunch. I am losing weight! One reason I am trying to maximize my weight loss is that I'm afraid the Contrave will stop working and I am not exercising. (When it is nice, I try to walk, but it is getting cold.)
I know that low-carb can be hard, but for me, carbs really inflame my appetite.
