Contraindication for penicilin and reason?

A history of hypersensitivity (anaphylactic) reaction to any penicillin is a contraindication.
If Clostridium difficile associated diarrhea (CDAD) is suspected treatment with penicillin should be stopped.
Penicillin should be used with caution in individuals with histories of significant allergies and/or asthma.
