... those pills now or just start a new pack and throw those away? Is it bad to use those pills and then continue on a new pack?
It depends on your Pill. If it is the same dose all month long then you might save them for a bit for in case you lose a Pill and go ahead and start a new pack. If they are the type of Pill that changes dose each week, and you save them for in case, and start a new pack, then they (the saved ones) will only be good only for the week they are supposed to be used, for instance, if they are third week Pills they can only be used in the third week because these kinds of Pills have varying doses each week and you have to take them on the corresponding week to work correctly. If you are unsure what kind you have, it is best to just throw away the pack and start a new one BUT either way, since you skipped a whole week or several days of Pills you need to use back up from the day you started skipping Pills until you have finished the first seven Pills in the new pack-just like starting over. Since you changed the order of Pills, you may have ovulated and might be able to get pregnant.
