I think it depends on how you feel. For me, it's very hard for me to lose at all. I'm only down about 4lbs and I'm halfway through my second bottle - but I feel so much more in control around food and I'm not binge eating anymore, so it feels like a success to me. If you feel like you are making progress then keep at it; but honestly if you can easily drop 5 pounds on your own without medication then I would probably say drop it (with doctor advice of course!).
