... controls the muscles needed to have a bowl movement. In other words I cannot push with my muscles and end up straining with my upper body attempting to pass the stool through my system. For me to have a bowl movement the stool must be loss and pass without any "pushing' on my part. I eat all the rght foods, dring lots of water, take Benefiber, and still find it very difficult to have a bowl movement. Every day its a stuggle, and it affects my
quality of life. If there are any Parkinsons people on this quorum, or anyone else that has a similar problem and can give me some advice I would greatly appreciate it
