Hi there. For weight gain, I have come across a few medications that can indirectly increase ones appetite, one in tablet form that I can remember is an antihistamine called "periactin". The other two I came across are in suspension form (liquids) I can only recall one name "Tres Orix", there is a third that begins with T but I can't recall the name. Other medication include those used to treat muscle dystrophy in AIDS patients but those usually fall categorically into anabolic and hormonal medication. Hope this helps.
