If you have lost someone to colorectal cancer then I am truly sorry about it. It isn't easy dealing with things like that.
Mostly people here would answer your questions and if need be may provide support. Sometimes people post questions in a support group but if other people in that group don't happen to be online other people may provide support. It might not necessarily be someone who has lost someone with cancer.
