... anitbiotics. I am now on clarithromyc for a another week. What should I do. I have been going to a specialitst (plumonary). He has dismissed me and said, he does not need to see me anymore. I am scared, I have had numerous chest exrays and they say I have "typical pneumonia" what is that about
make sure you are getting plenty of liquids and rest. Pneumonia tends to really make you fatigued and you need rest. You may want to eat yogurt to help if you seem to have any stomach problems but I am serious, up your fluids and rest when you can. You can go back to your regular doctor if you are still feeling weak or are having more chest congestion when you get off the antibiotics you are on now and let him/her monitor you. Hope you feel better soon.
