Lot of places rent or sell equipment for COPD patients, but that equipment is not appropriate for continuous O2 tharapy at 10 L/min.
There are oxygen supply places that do all kinds of respiratory care, with tanks and liquid oxygen. You have to look at who there is in your area. If you google medical oxygen supply companies you'll find some. Some supply a good distance away from their store. The other option is to call the local hospital case worker and ask who she uses. They are supposed to set up home care, so should have a company they are familiar with. If you have medicare you might want to ask your dr about visiting nurses and they would help you with that.
