What kind of rash is it. A yeast diaper rash, yes you can.
I would recommend that you use this only if the baby's doc says it is okay. Clotrimazole is only good to use on rashes caused by fungus. If the baby's rash is not caused by fungus, you dont want to be using a potent antifungal if it is not needed. Your baby's pediatrician should be able to easily tell if the rash is a fungus.
